Shipping policy

 

Small items: courier fee is $15.00

Large, bulky or heavy items are charged as follows:
$25 shipping for medium size items such as boots and helmets
$60 shipping for large items such as Snowboards & Skis
$100 shipping for oversized items such as ski's over 175cm
$150 shipping for Bikes.

Orders are shipped out Mon-Fri.

Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days to a business address.
Rural deliveries & deliveries to home addresses may take longer.
Bikes normally take 3-5 working days (may be longer for rural & home delivery).
Signature is required on all deliveries so please make sure someone will be home to sign for your order.
Please note that this is a guideline, weather events can disrupt the transport system.
We cannot courier to a post box.

Orders paid by bank transfer/internet banking will be shipped once funds have been cleared.

Pick ups are welcome.

Overseas customers, please contact us to check shipping possibilities and cost.

NB: The cost of shipping is not refundable if goods are returned.
Shipping costs will be charged and deducted from any approved refunds if goods were originally sent "freight free" (see Returns Policy for more information).
