Shipping policy

 

Small items: courier fee is $15.00

Large, bulky or heavy items are charged as follows:
$25 shipping for medium size items such as boots and helmets
$60 shipping for large items such as Snowboards & Skis
$100 shipping for oversized items such as ski's over 175cm
$150 shipping for Bikes.

Orders will be shipped out Mon-Fri, via NZ Couriers or Post Haste.
Any order received before 2pm weekdays will be shipped that day.

Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days (allow an extra day for rural).
Please note, we cannot courier to a post box.

Orders paid by bank transfer/internet banking will be shipped once funds have been cleared.

Pick ups are welcome.

Overseas customers, please contact us to check shipping possibilities and cost.

NB: The cost of shipping is not refundable if goods are returned.
Shipping costs will be charged and deducted from any approved refunds if goods were originally sent "freight free" (see Returns Policy for more information).
